We are also offering no-contact curbside pick-up during opening hours.

Do you offer Curbside Pick-up? 

Yes. You can place your order for local pick-up at our store front upon checkout, or you can call in your order to (416) 240-8728 and arrange for local pick up during opening hours.

How will I be notified for my curbside pick-up time? 

Orders placed online for local pick-up are usually prepared within 2 hours after the order is placed. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with a confirmation number notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. If orders are placed two hours or less before store closing times, you may have to pick-up your order the following business day (during posted opening hours).

Orders placed outside of store hours will be ready for pick-up the next business day. If your order is placed over the phone a pick-up time will be arranged over the phone.

What do I need to bring to collect my Store Order? 

Your email and Order Confirmation number. 

Can someone else collect my Store Order? 

Yes, as long as that person provides us with your email and Order Confirmation number.

How long do I have to collect my order when I order online? 

You have 7 days to collect your order from the store. After 7 days your order will be automatically cancelled and the pending authorization on your credit card will be reversed. It can take several days for your financial institution to remove the pending authorization from your account. 

How long does it take for an online order to be delivered? 

Given increased volume, please allow 3-5 business days for deliveries once your order has shipped. Your shipment confirmation email will contain a tracking number, which you can use for a more accurate update of when to expect delivery. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments. Due to overwhelming demand of online orders during COVID-19 there may be delays with shipments.

How do I track the status of my order? 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number for your order once it has shipped. Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments so you may receive several emails. If you need assistance with your order, please email the issue along with your order number to sales@mhmbeautysupply.com and a Customer Care representative will assist you as soon as possible. Due to high volume, response times may be delayed. Emailing us for order status issues is the best way to get in contact with a Customer Care representative for a quick response and resolution. What do I do if there are missing items in my shipment? 

Due to an increase in online order volume, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Items may have been cancelled from your order due to inventory availability or quantity restrictions. Please check your email shipment confirmation to see if any items were out of stock. Unfortunately our system does not support back orders, so you will need to place a separate order for the item if it is out of stock.

Can you notify me when an item is back in stock?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer that service at this time. To check if an item is in stock, please check the product page at mhmbeautysupply.com, or call us at (416) 240-8728 during store business hours and we will check for you.

How do I know if my order went through? 

You should receive an order confirmation email verifying your order was placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email from us. If you are still experiencing problems please contact sales@mhmbeautysupply.com, or call us at (416) 240-8728.

Can I convert my online order from delivery into curbside pick-up? 

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is submitted, we have no way to change the delivery destination. If the order has not shipped, you may be able to cancel your order and reorder with your desired delivery option. Please contact us at sales@mhmbeautysupply.com,or call us at (416) 240-8728 stating your order number, and we will advise you if this course of action is possible. 

Will I receive a shipping notification? 

Yes. A shipping confirmation email will be sent for each shipment. If some items cannot be fulfilled, we will send you a final email detailing any items that maybe back ordered or cancelled. 

Where do you ship to?

We offering shipping across Canada. For deliveries outside of Ontario, please allow additional shipping time. Standard Canada Post nationwide shipping times and policies apply to all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. However there may be some items which are not available for international shipping due to their ingredients. If these are included in your order, they will not be included with your shipment and will be refunded. Free shipping options are not available on International orders. International shipping rates will apply upon checkout.  

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not shipped, you may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us at sales@mhmbeautysupply.com, stating your order number and the reason why, and we will advise you if this course of action is possible.

How can I change the shipping address on my order? 

We’re so sorry, but once an order is submitted, we have no way to change it. If the order has not shipped, you may be able to cancel your order and reorder with the correct shipping address. How can I modify the items and/or quantities on my order?

Why am I seeing a pending authorization and/or multiple charges on my credit card? 

Your credit card will show a pending authorization for the full amount of your total order. An actual charge will not be processed until your order has shipped. Since we may send your order in multiple shipments, you’ll see a charge for each of these shipments, but this will never exceed your order total.

Why do certain items have quantity restrictions? 

Due to limited availability of certain products or the nature of their ingredients, we have placed quantity restrictions on their purchase.
